NPS specializes in the care of the foot and ankle. We started as the National Pedorthic Services and in 2020 became NPS Foot Health, LLC in Madison, WI. The name has changed but the mission remains the same: to provide the best foot and ankle products and services delivered in a cost-effective, friendly, and professional manner that will improve the quality of life for our patients and customers.

NPS is a provider for and accepts many major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicare replacement plans, Dean, Quartz, Group Health Cooperative, workers’ compensation, and BadgerCare plans.
About Me
Paul Flahavan, C. Ped, CO, is an American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics certified pedorthist and orthotist. Paul started his career by helping skiers with foot pain in 1984 as owner and custom ski boot fitter at Mountainside Boot Fitting in Keystone, Colorado. After changing his focus to caring for patients with foot care needs in a professional medical setting, he became certified as a pedorthist in 1992 and an orthotist in 1994.
Paul is a firm believer that a healthy and active lifestyle is essential to our wellbeing. He is committed to helping patients toward that goal by maximizing their foot comfort and mobility.
